I can't view the videos
You need to install Flash. Adobe Flash is a browser plugin that is required to view our tutorial lessons. It is safe, free
and used throughout the internet. Click here to install the latest version.
Site appears not to let you log in.
'Clear the cache' on your browser, then try logging in again. If the problem persists then email: admin@oaim.ie
The video freezes a lot
Make sure your computer isn't downloading or playing something else whilst playing oaim clips. They stream best when they have sole use of the bandwidth of your internet connection. Also pausing the video for a minute or two whilst the data uploads into your player and then pressing play after the wait will help with this problem.
I can't hear any volume
Make sure the volume on the computer / speakers / headphones is turned up. Disable mute.
What Do I Get For A Monthly Subscription Fee?
- Unlimited access to OAIM's bank of Irish music tutorials.
- Tunes will be taught phrase by phrase to aid learning by ear.
- Sheet music in PDF format and mp3 files will also be available.
- You will also gain access to the classroom chat forum where you can chat with fellow students about the lessons, ask the tutors questions and even suggest material for subsequent lessons.
- Subscribers have the option of availing of personal assessment from their chosen tutor.

What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards. ˁll payments will be processed by WorldPay.
How does the credit card billing work?
The subscription fee is charged every 28 days.
What name will appear on my bank statement?
Once you are billed, the name 'OAIM' will appear as the transaction name.
How do I change my credit card details?
Click here to be taken to the Worldpay page with details about changing your card details, including what to do if your card expires. Alternatively you can cancel your current agreement and then re-enter the new details through the payment system on our site. If you have any queries at all, please contact us - admin@oaim.ie and we'll go through the process with you.
How do I un-subscribe?
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the 'Un-Subscribe' link on the left hand side of the 'your details' page.
How does tutor feedback / assessment work?
Subscribed students can purchase a feedback token from the top of the tutors home page.
A link is then emailed to you. This link directs you to an upload page where you can upload an audio file. There is also room for text - where you can explain, or ask specific questions regarding your playing. Also, you can specify which tutor you wish to submit to on this page.
Mp3 or wav files are the accepted file types as all tutors will be able to access these. The length of the audio file can be up to five minutes in length.
Your tutor will then send an audio Mp3 back to you containing constructive feedback. You will receive this within two weeks of submission.
